1940: Mrs. MacLeod, 89, widow of the late Rev. A. D. MacLeod, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. J. A. Carlyle. The deceased was born in Alberton, P.E.I., daughter of the late Alexander and Nora Matheson Larkin. ... she is survived by a brother, Rev. F. H. Larkin, of Paris, Ont., and Mrs. Henry Newcombe of Port Hill, P.E.I.

Larkin and James Larkin in Alberton, Robert and Lemuel in North Dakota, and Rev. F. H. Larkin, Presbyterian minister of Seaforth, Ont. The surviving sisters are Mrs. Henry Newcombe and Miss Catherine in Port Hill, and Mrs. (Rev.) A. B. McLeod, Marshfield.
