Mary Ramsay , widow of Lot 18, signed a land document in 1818 with Charles and Mary Stewart for land in that lot, in Oyster Cove, bounded by the properties of Donald and John Ramsay, 150 acres in total.

Probate granted to Donald Ramsay and Benjamin Ramsay sons of the Testatrix with Probate granted to Donald, named the Executors having died before proof of Will Proved 6th February 1833 By John Sinclair a subscribing Witness. Probate dated same day.
