Mystery Couple.

Hugh McLean from Prince County married a Frances Kendle, daughter of the late John Kendle of Lot 12, in 1857. He would be the right age to be Hugh, son of Hugh McLean and Margaret McKendrick. This Hugh was supposed to have died in 1859.

Was Frances a Rendle or a Kendle?

Could they be the same couple as Hugh Mclean and Frances Reynolds who had children Daniel, Margaret, John Alexander and Ellen? These children were baptized in the Catholic Church. In that case, Hugh McLean was alive in 1870.
