Daughter of John McArthur and Sarah Noyes.

Mary Susannah McArthur was baptized on 14 April 1896, at the age of 18, in the Catholic Church in The Brae.
Neil Bulger son of John Bulger and Ann Clements and Mary Susan McArthur, daughter of John McArthur and Susan "Nigh" were married on the same day.

In the 1901 census, Neil and Susan Bulger were living in Lot 8 with children John (3) and Mark R. (2). Jane McCarthur and her daughter Susanna (b. 1901) were lodgers. Jane Ellen McArthur later married Neil's brother Nicholas.

There were three children for the couple listed in the PEI Baptism database:
John Percy b. 2 May 1896, Marc 1897, and Neil Alfred b. 28 June 1903.

Neil is said to have died before 1904, although I wasn't able to find a death record or gravestone. He wasn't a surviving brother in Charles Bulger's obituary in 1951.

Mary Susan married Sidney Webster in 1909; the marriage ended in divorce.

In 1920, Susie M. Webster was working as a cook in Maine. Her daughter Ruby and son Alfred were with her. Ruby married, and died, in 1931.

When son Mark Roy married for the second time in 1939, he said his mother was living in Massachusetts.

George Hawkins said that Susan died in New Hampshire in 1953. There was also a Susan Webster who died in 1959 in Connecticut, a widow, spouse's name Sidn? Mrs Susan Webster, widow of Sidney Webster of 24 Owen St died Tuesday at a local convalescent home. Born in Canada, she lived in Hartford several years. She leaves two sons, Roy Bolger of Berlin, NH and John P. Bolger of West Hartford and several grandchildren. Burial will be in Nashua, New Hampshire.
