Note
Nathan was left a widower with 4 young children after the death of his wfe Minerva, from the Spanish Flu, in 1918. He married again in 1920, but was a widower with three children in the 1921 census. According to a story written by his son Albert, the children were cared for by relatives after the death of their mother. Nathan later moved the family to Shamrock, PEI.
