We regret to learn that Hugh MONTGOMERY, Esq., one of the Coroners of the County of Restigouche and brother of Hon. John MONTGOMERY, Provincial Legislature, on Friday 22nd inst was killed at Dalhousie (Rest. Co.) by a horse running over him.
