Married. On the 7th inst., at Lot 16, by the Rev. J.H. Read, B.D., Mr. John Rendle, of New Bideford, Lot 12, to Miss Ann McArthur, of the same place.

They had a daughter Marie Victoria, in 1863. John died of cancer in 1867.
Ann married George W. Shore - the marriage bond said they were from Lot11, but the newspaper said Lot 12.

In New York State and US census records, there was Ann, born in PEI between 1836-1838, married to George Shore from New Brunswick. In the 1870 census, they had children Maria (age 7 - probably Maria Victoria Rendle), David (1) and Thomas (0). They were living in New York. In the 1875 NY Census, George (4), Ann (39), Maria V. (12), David C. (6), Thomas D. (5), Adaline (3) and Rebecca (1 1/2). George gave his birth place as New Brunswick and Ann and Maria, PEI.

In 1900 Ann said she had been married to George for 30 years.

Mrs George Shore died yesterday at the home of her daughter. Mrs. M. J. Lull. aged 69 years.
She is survived bv four sons David C. , Thomas D.. George J. and Neil W. Shore, and bv two daughters. Mrs. Addie I. Walton and Mrs. Lull. A funeral service will be held prlvatelv at 3 o'clock to-morrow afternoon and interment will
be at Oakwood Cemetery.
