The death of Mrs. John Adams one of the oldest, residents of Port Hill took place last Friday home of her daughter, Mrs. Arthur McLean. Mrs. Adams was about 90 years of age and was before her marriage a Miss Sullivan and had resided in Port Hill for the greater part of her life. She was a staunch member of the Anglican Church at Port Hill and was known in that vicinity for her many estimable qualities, of a kind and loving disposition, she was beloved by all who knew her. There are left to mourn two daughters, Mrs. Arthur McLean of Port Hill and Mrs. Sturgeon Yeo of Tyne Valley; also three sons, John and Thomas of Port Hill and Loman of St. Eleanors...
