Assuming that Annie Laura gave the right information, Jemima would have been born around 1830-1840. There was a James Devine on t he Princetown Road who had a son James who died at age 20 in 1861.

On Wednesday, the 19th instant, of D'ptheria,at his father's residence, on the Princetown Road, James, son of Mr. James Devine, in the 20th year

However, James Devine of Lot 22 did not name a daughter Jemima in his will in 1870 - there was his wife Eliza, were daughters Mary, Catherine and Elizabeth and sons John and Francis.
