Unable to find Isaac in census records, although he was named in Andrew's will in 1887. He had to have been old enough to have left home before 1881.

Possible he is the Isaac Ramsay who was in a relationship with Annie Dunn? They had a son Andrew. Andrew, age 8, was in the household of Michael Dunn in Lot 49 in 1881. There was an Annie Dunn, age 30.
