Patterson lived on the home farm and
married Barbara Ann Williams; they had two children,
Thelma and Stanley. Patterson died and his young widow
married a Newcombe and moved to Northam. Unfortu-
nately, she died a short time later. The Hutchinson children
were raised by the Newcombe family; the Hutchinson prop-
erty in Lot 16 was sold to Percy Miller.
