According to the McDougall genealogy of Nina Ross, a family member wrote that Lilla Marie's husband's name was Talcott .

Mrs. L. Marie Talcott was a widow, living in Montclair, New Jersey with Allan and Catherine, in 1935. She was a nurse. In 1935, they all removed to Newark.

As was common in census records, the years of birth of Archibald and Catherine's children changed. In 1891, there was a daughter Mary A., born PEI in 1877. Maria L. usually gave her date of birth as 1881, but if she was the daughter born on Prince Edward Island, then she is probably the daughter called Mary in 1881.
