Susan was not with the family in the 1880 US census, but there was a Susan Ramsay, age 15 and born PEI, working in another household in the same town in Massachusetts in that census.
Susan Ramsay, daughter of Robert and Sarah, married Edward C. Howlett in New Hampshire. The family was in California in 1930. In 1922, a Mrs. E. E. Howlett attended the wedding of Sarah Marion Ramsay at the home of Ellen (Ramsay) Dyment. By 1940, Edward Howlett was a widower. There is a death in the California Death Index, for a Susan A. Howlett who died in 1934 at the age of 68 that could be her.
