Sarah, age 78 and born in England, was living with her son Abram in Lot 19 in the 1891 census. She was a widow. A family tree on the Island Register says her parents were James Simmons and Margaret Bouneau.
There were at least two girls baptized with this name - a daughter of Thomas and Martha, and a daughter of James and Margaret. Both born near Southwark, Surrey, England. Another Sarah Ann, baptized on 11 Mar 1810, was the daughter of Abraham and Mary.
Since she and her husband didn't name a son Edward, or a daughter Mary after his parents, the name of Sarah's parents might not be found in the names she gave her children.
