Note

In 1862 he married Miss Maria McKenna, a daughter
of Patrick and Catherine (Trainor) Mc-
Kenna, of Hope River, this Island, the father
having been in an early day a farmer in Ire-
land. To this union were born eleven chil-
dren, namely : Martin, deceased; Eliza; Kat-
ie; Henry Milliage;Peter;Ellen;John; Bella
E.; Fannie M.; Bridget, and one that died
in infancy.
In April, 1904 Mr. Doyle mar-
ried Mrs. Mary MacKendrick MacDougall.
a daughter of William and Marion (Mac-
Dougall) MacKendrick, who were born in
Scotland but now reside at Campbellton,
Lot 4, Prince Edward Island. Mr. and Mrs.
MacKendrick were the parents of nine chil-
dren ; Allan, Barbara, Catherine, Flora, Mar-
garet, James, Mary, Tamer and Jennie.
