Narrative

George's wife in 1940 was Helen Louise (Compusano). Articles about George in the newspaper only mention one wife, Helen; his obit in 1949 says she was his only surviving relative - no mention even of his daughter Clara. Clara was living with her father and Helen in 1940.

I can't find any mentions of Jennie's death in the Camden newspapers. There was a Social Security claim made on a Jean Zietz, born Jan 11, on 27 Feb 1956.

A Mrs Jean Zeitz was rooming in Camden, New Jersey in 1943. She could be the Jean Zietz, widow of George, who was living in New York State and died there in 1957 at age 64.
