Narrative

Mary Eliza Clements, beloved wife of Jabez, died January 8 1897. Jabez's note in the Summerside paper was from him and his daughters (1954).

Congratulations are being ex- tended to Mr. Jabez MacDonald of Springfield West. who celebrat- ed his 931d birthday Wednesday March 25th. 1953

Jabez MacDougall celebrated his 94th birthday on March 25 1954, in good health. Present were daughters Mrs. Reginald Shaw and Mrs. Charles MacWilliams of West Cape and Mrs. Kenneth Towle of Walpole Mass. Son Elmer lives in Vancouver BC.

Mrs. MacDougall also celebrated her birthday on March 29.
