Donald Ramsay was from Lot 17 at the time of his marriage to Ann Simpson, from Lot 16. They were in Lot 13 in the 1881 census. Donald was a ship-builder.

John and Donald could be the two Ramsays on Water and St Stephen in Hutchinson's Directory - Ramsay, Donald, shipwright, h Water n St. Stephen. Donald Ramsay advertised the sale of a house on Water Street in 1867 - a large house, suitable as a boarding house.
THE following, in reference to the death of Mr. Donald Ramsay to which reference was made a few days, ago is taken from the Perth Amboy Chronicle: “Donald Ramsay, elder brother of Hugh Ramsay dropped dead Monday...He would have been 68 years old on next New Year's Day. Mr. Ramsay had a daughter Agnes, two married daughters in Boston, Massachusetts, a son involved in manufacturing in Summerside [John S] and a son on his way to Honolulu [William].
