Not in the PEI Baptismal Index, but included with the list of John and Jane's children. She was living with John and Jane in the 1881 census, but there was only one daughter of this age in the 1861 census, which would have been Grace.

When John McLean Jr died in 1895, he was survived by 8 sisters.

According to the History of the Brae, Sarah married Paul Thompson. It isn't likely that she was the Sarah McLean who married Thompson in 1872; that Sarah died February 23 1875 at age 26, and this Sarah was alive and single in 1881. Paul Thompson, widower, then married Malinda McLean in 1876. Paul Thompson's third marriage was to Sarah McLean from Lot 9.

Paul Thompson, widower of Lot 14, married again on 5 September 1902. In the 1911 census, there was a daughter Jannet aged 11 in his household, although there was no infant in the 1901 census with Paul and his third wife, Sarah McLean.
