Lottie was the daughter of William Harris Dyment and Jemima Betts.

Lottie was living with her parents until around 1910, when in the 1910 US census, she can be found in Maine as the head of household. From a transcription of a Maine cemetery, her husband's name was Daniel Frank McGillicuddy. They can be found in census records from 1920, 1930 and 1940, with no children. Daniel's name was sometimes transcribed as David on records.
